About Us
Honey badgers are widely recognized as extremely dangerous animals due to their fearless nature, powerful build, and formidable defensive and offensive capabilities.

Vora is first and foremost a philosophical company.

We built Vora as a response to the question of what does it mean to be in our current world with the internet, decentralized technologies, and Bitcoin; and what does it mean to take ownership of that responsibility in the most literal of ways. We are at a key turning point in the development of the human species where we have an opportunity to free ourselves from the old limitations of the analog world, but such a world refuses to die or give way to the profound liberating effects of these new technologies. What we are choosing to build at Vora is a direct response to this where we are no longer theorizing about ownership, freedom, or sovereignty; but are manifesting these ideals into code, hardware, and trustless systems that will change the world for the better, and forever.

Vora exists to build these solutions directly. We choose to answer the question of being in the digital age directly, and rebuild the dangerous, closed, proprietary, opaque systems of control--into the saving power that is a free, open, liberated system of protocols that allow for the bloom of cryptosovereignty to flourish. This new system of protocols looks very much like the old system of power, but the difference is that now the principals of liberté, égalité, fraternité, are imbued into the code itself. These values are now enforced by protocols, processors, and people rather than governments, regulations, and restrictions. It is by these virtues that we will change the world.

We now have a radically different opportunity for our future: the possibility to create personal freedom, autonomy, and agency for all people, everywhere, and forever, through these computational tools. Our goal is to empower every being in the world today against the global digital panopticon that is encroaching upon every facet of human life. This is the most important, powerful, and profitable task of the 21st century; and we are building it at Vora. We are not building apps or widgets, but laying the bedrock for a civilization where individuals can once again trust the tools they use, the code they run, and applications they compile.

Vora is not a startup, but a reply to history. It is a declaration that computation belongs to the people. That the infrastructure of liberty must be open, verifiable, and sovereign. From source code to silicone; we will lead the charge into a free future for all people everywhere once again.

To each according to the code, to each according to their keys!
